Welcome to the BIO VELVET Loyalty Club
Membership in the Club is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Before joining the Club, prospective members must read and accept these Terms carefully.

 

B Skin UK Ltd (“The Company”) - Customer Club Terms and Conditions 
 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern membership in the Bio Velvet UK Customer Club (“Club”). By applying for and/or holding membership in the Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership
1.1 Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above who are residents of the United Kingdom.

1.2 Membership is personal, non-transferable, and subject to approval by the Company acting reasonably and for legitimate business reasons.

1.3 The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel any membership application where reasonably necessary.

2. Benefits
2.1 Members may be entitled to exclusive promotions, discounts, loyalty schemes, or invitations to events, as determined by the Company.

2.2 Benefits are for personal use only and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, unless expressly stated otherwise.

2.3 The Company may amend, suspend, or withdraw any benefit, provided that reasonable notice will be given of material changes unless immediate action is required for legal or operational reasons.

3. Use of Membership
3.1 Members must not misuse their membership or use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

3.2 The Company may suspend or terminate membership where reasonably necessary in cases of misuse, breach of these Terms, or fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing and Sales
4.1 The Company sets retail prices for its products as displayed on its official website.

4.2 Pharmacies, wholesalers, and B2B customers may set their own resale prices, in compliance with UK competition law, including the Competition Act 1998. The Company does not fix or restrict resale prices.

4.3 Bio Velvet UK does not guarantee uniformity of prices across all sales channels.

5. Data Protection
5.1 The Company will process Members’ personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

5.2 Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering membership, providing benefits, and communicating with Members, as detailed in the Company’s Privacy Notice available on its website.

5.3 Members may exercise their data protection rights, including withdrawal of consent or deletion of data, by contacting the Company via the details set out in the Privacy Notice. Withdrawal of consent may result in termination of membership.

6. Communications
6.1 Members may choose to receive marketing communications from the Company  via email, SMS, or other electronic means by providing explicit consent at the time of registration, in accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR).

6.2 Members may withdraw consent or opt out of such communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided or by contacting the Company directly.

7. Termination of Membership
7.1 Members may cancel their membership at any time by notifying The Company in writing or by email. Cancellation will take effect within 14 days of receipt of notice.

7.2 The Company may terminate membership where reasonably necessary in the event of breach of these Terms or misuse of membership, after reasonable investigation.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable law.

8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the Club.

9. Amendments
9.1 The Company may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.

9.2 Updated Terms will be published on the official website, and reasonable notice will be given for any material change unless immediate amendment is required by law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

10.2 Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
