Return Policy

Before proceeding with a cancellation, we encourage you to contact our customer service team by phone:

If you still wish to cancel your order, please fill out the cancellation form with your details, and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

You may cancel your order within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

A cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase value or X GBP (whichever is lower) will be charged.

If the return is due to a defect or fault in the product, it will be sent to the company for inspection. Only if the product is found to be defective or faulty, a refund or replacement will be issued - subject to the results of the inspection and at the company's discretion.

Returned products must be wrapped and, where possible, in their original packaging.

The cost of collecting the product for return is X GBP.
If the returned product meets the return criteria, this cost will be covered by the company.

Return Eligibility Criteria:
Broken product
Faulty product
Damaged product
If the product is found to be in working condition, the customer will be required to either collect the item or cover the cost of reshipping.

A copy of the credit note issued to the credit card company will be sent to the customer.

Please note: Refunds are issued for the product(s) only and do not include shipping costs.
